I guess I will call the nearest office. The form does not say what sections are required for a simple renewal. The instructions do not say how you can pay or where to email the photo, only what to name the photo. It just strikes me as quite in-efficient and needlessly complicated. Why not have one page on the TC website listing renewal instructions with a link to a fill-able.
